Would it complicate things too much to say that we want, if possible, to bid for one half-day before the recess for the fishing boundaries debate and to bid for another date after the recess for the employment debate?

I understand that there is a national shortage of social workers and social care staff, so where will you get those people from? To date, we have succeeded in recruiting the staff that we require.
However, the intention to allow local authorities 12 months from the date of enactment of the legislation in which to conduct an audit of current spaces and to obtain orders to make enforceable those that are deemed necessary is reasonable.
