We did not serve the notice on the day that we found out; we served it, I think, two days later, after I had spoken to Mr Cochrane because, as has happened in the past when notices have been served, I needed to clear with him the date of service and the final date for presenting an objection, which is the date that goes in the notice and which I needed to agree with him.
