Planning permissions are time limited in the sense thatthe permission will lapse unless development has begun by a date specified in thepermission. The designation of land in a development plan may also change if theplan is amended or when it is eventually replaced.

The previous charge has been identified as having a date of sentence which is earlier than the date of sentence for the latest charge of handling an offensive weapon.
