Guidance for staff on disconnecting from work
You should speak to your manager if you’re unsure if your attendance is needed at a particular meeting
Discuss any concerns, including routine interruptions to personal time, with your manager
Block time out in diaries to protect time for work that needs to be carried out without interruption
And if you’re a manager you should set the following expectations with your team members:
Emails received outwith normal working hours do not require to be responded to until the recipient’s next working day begins
Meetings should be arranged to ensure that all essential participants are available and scheduled to work on the proposed date...

Housing (Scotland) Bill Stage 1 Report - Financial Memorandum and Business and Regulatory Impact Assessment (BRIA)
In addition, the Committee notes that due to the Scottish Government's intention to make amendments to the rent control provisions in the Bill (as outlined in the Minister for Housing’s statement to the Scottish Parliament on 31 October 2024) the BRIA and FM may soon be out of date.

Children and the Scottish Criminal Justice System - The impact of the Kilbrandon Report
Current Issues in Criminal Justice. doi: 10.1080/10345329.2023.2272362. From this period to date, there has been a significant reduction in the number of criminal court proceedings against children under the age of 16, and 16 and 17 year olds, as well as a significant drop in the number of such cases resulting in custodial sentences.
