20220331 The Health Protection Coronavirus Requirements Scotland Amendment No 6 Regulations 2022 31 March 20

Paragraph 6(3) of schedule 19 of the 2020 Act provides that “emergency regulations” must be laid before the Scottish Parliament and cease to have effect on the expiry of the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which the regulations were made (excluding any period during which the Parliament is dissolved or in recess for more than 4 days) unless, before the expiry of that period, the regulations have been approved by a resolution of the Parliament.
