Stage 1 report on the Wildlife Management and Muirburn (Scotland) Bill - Delegated power provisions
The Scottish Government explained this power would provide the flexibility required to ensure the list of relevant offences can be kept up to date.

These Regulations proposed to the Committee expire the temporary justice measures in the 2022 Act that the Scottish Government consider are no longer required.
