The Scottish Government is compiling the most recent information on IPTRs in order to provide an update to the Health and Sport Committee before Parliament enters recess on 23 August 2014. I will ensure that this information is also placed in SPICe.

The Government has said that it remains committed to the roll-out but, given the uncertainties around Covid-19, it is not yet in a position to set a date. We have not gone back and done the audit work to look at what is happening at a local level, but there might be two impacts.
