Like many other aspects of the economy, non-domestic rates revenue fell in the Covid-driven recession, and it has bounced back. Part of the growth that we are forecasting for the next year is explained by the bounce-back from previous levels that has taken place and continued.

As much as the trials that I mentioned are intense for the two communities, the journey will not finish at their end date. We will need to keep going back.
