Stage 1 Report on Part 2 of the Coronavirus (Recovery and Reform) (Scotland) Bill - School boarding and student accommodation
Under this procedure the regulations would cease to be in force after 28 days (longer if Parliament is in recess) unless agreed by Parliament. Should Parliament not agree to the regulations, Ministers would not be prevented from making further regulations.
