To ask the Scottish Government on what dates during COP26 (a) the First Minister and (b) its officials met the former Governor of the Bank of England, Mark Carney, and what was discussed.
The Minister for Climate Action said that it would not start before the summer recess, which suggests that, even if we assume a September start date, we are unlikely to see it concluded, or action taken, before the end of this year.
