To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answers to questions S6W-14992 and S6W-14994 by Shona Robison on 7 March 2023, whether it will publish (a) the initial recommendations and (b) its response to Freedom of Information request FOI/202300342482, and what its reasons are for not doing so to date. FOI/202300342482 asked for the interim recommendations of the Temporary Accommodation Task and Finish Group, and the date these were received.

In the Land Register the legal effect of registration backdates to the date on which the Keeper entered the application onto the application record (the date of receipt) and properties undergoing registration can still be transacted upon in the usual way.

To ask the Scottish Government what the projected completion dates are for (a) a new eye hospital in Edinburgh and (b) all other new NHS facilities that are planned.
By virtue of article 3 of the 2015 order, the local authority’s duty to provide continuing care lasts “from the date on which an eligible person ceases to be looked after ... until the date of that person’s twenty-first birthday.”
