(c) No compulsory redundancy schemes have been run in 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, or 2024-25 to date in the Scottish Government. Therefore the number of civil servants who took involuntary or compulsory redundancy in all years is nil.
Will the First Minister commit to ensuring that the Parliament will have time to scrutinise it before summer recess? Will it still contain the presumption against new oil and gas that was consulted on?
He also knows what is being done elsewhere in the United Kingdom and what is working. Before the recess, I believed that Thursday’s debate was a promising start.
