The first is the Travellers education network, which is primarily a network of teachers, and some community education workers, from central Scotland, Dumfries and Galloway, Fife and Clackmannanshire. That is a big issue.It is important to remember that we are talking about planning permissions that have already been granted in west Edinburgh, such as the permissions for the Royal Bank of Scotland headquarters in Edinburgh Park and various redevelopment sites in Newbridge.
