Does she agree that control of firearms should be devolved to the Parliament, so that we can tackle the issue now, rather than waiting in the hope that Westminster will act at some future date? I am perhaps sorry to disappoint Mr Maxwell by saying that I disagree.

An additional £41 million has been allocated specifically to relieve such constraints in rural areas and for first-time connections and water quality improvements.
