The quicker we get those problems sorted out and put CHAS on a firm footing, where it knows exactly where its funding will come from over a reasonable period of time, the quicker it will be able to plan successfully for the future to develop the new hospice on the banks of Loch Lomond. I am sure that the new hospice will be an equal success to that of the hospice on the banks of Loch Leven.

The difference between the notification of a death and the establishment of entitlement to the proceeds of an insurance policy or a bank account is clear. The bill confuses the two elements and thinks that the job can be done with one notification, whereas it cannot.We will support the bill.
