We hope to allow them to return to the islands. That date—16 April—is important, because it is 21 days from the date on which we culled the last animals in the provisionally free area that had had contact.
I know that Tommy wants to nationalise the bank and the top 200 companies, but most people who put their hands up for that are in new Labour now, as Tommy will be one day, so that is okay.
Rather than undertake the course, one of them decided to take up a youth training scheme apprenticeship in the Royal Bank of Scotland. At the end of all his training, the one who took the qualifications in accounting went for a job in the Royal Bank.
That raises financing issues that, in the case of an alternative bidder, would be for the banks. There is Treasury guidance on how to do all that, but it has not been done before for prisons.

We have meetings scheduled for Tuesday 6 March, Tuesday 20 March and Wednesday 28 March—I suggest that we discuss those dates in future. We have not previously had notice of them, but in view of the Parliamentary Bureau's decision that Parliament should meet for a full day on Wednesdays, we will have to meet on Tuesdays.
I do not believe that any significant problems have been identified in the work that officials have done to date. Without making the announcement today, I would be as confident as I could be that, in due course, the response might be positive.
