I have in front of me a copy of a letter from the Bank of Scotland's business banking division, dated 19 April, which concerns a request that was made by a fish farmer for financing and support.
Is any further information available on whether it is on track to spend that money? Will it again bank the money? We do not have any up-to-date information on that.
To clarify the purpose of national assessment bank items, increasing consistency and purpose and improving quality assurance and availability were recommended.

We are a £20-million-turnover business with a £13 million overdraft—that is a bit unusual. Our bank is supportive, but we must bring the overdraft down.
For Scotland, that would mean that more than 300 lives a year would be saved. The World Bank estimated that a ban on tobacco advertising would reduce smoking by 7 per cent.
The first is from Sidegate Residents Association and asks the Parliament to investigate the recommendations of a recent public local inquiry into Briary Bank. The other two, which are on the same subject, are from Mr William Watson and Ian Arnott.
A throwaway comment that was made today by Donald MacRae might give us something to build on. He talked about how the bank evaluated its client entities—I suspect that he meant people who continued with the bank year on year and not necessarily those who applied for funding in the first instance.
