Annex Assured Tenancies and Private Residential Tenancies (Prescribed Notices and Forms) (Miscellaneous Temporary Modifications) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/307) On 28 October 2022, the Scottish Government wrote to the Presiding Officer: The Assured Tenancies and Private Residential Tenancies (Prescribed Notices and Forms) (Miscellaneous Temporary Modifications) (Scotland) Regulations 2022, SSI 2022/307, were made by the Scottish Ministers under sections 19(3), 53(1), (2) and (3) and 55(1) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988, and sections 61(3)(b), 62(1)(d) and 77(1) and (2) of the Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Act 2016 on 28 October 2022.
