Some local authorities required their licensing committee to approve new policies and forms to implement proposals within The Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Short-term Lets) Amendment Order 2022 (‘the 2022 Order’), however, others placed the requirements under the 2022 Order before their full Council, therefore will do so again.
