The Health Behaviour in School-aged Children (HBSC) survey data showed that ‘current e-cigarette use’ (i.e. used in last 30 days) among 15-year-olds in Scotland increased from 7% in 2018 to 25% in 2022. 3% of 11-year-olds and 10% of 13-year-olds reported being ‘current users’ in 2022.
