Section 22 Report: “The 2022/23 audit of the Scottish Prison Service” The main item on our agenda is further consideration of “The 2022/23 audit of the Scottish Prison Service”, which is a section 22 report.
The next stage of work is to tell the stories of change. As recognised as early as 2022, in the first iteration of our implementation plan, there is a place for legislation to support the change that is required.
Dyce Clydesdale Bank Branch (Proposed Closure) In November 2014, Clydesdale Bank trumpeted investment in and refurbishment of its branch in Dyce in my constituency, but yesterday the bank announced plans to close the branch in September of this year.
You took the words right out of my mouth, cabinet secretary—here is my persuasive argument. Can you imagine the Royal Bank of Scotland, the Bank of Scotland or any of the other big banks being audited in such a way?
