The letter from the SPTC quotes Aberdeenshire Council, which states:"There are some exceptions to this at both ends of the scale e.g. some information we receive for instance, being prosecuted for fishing without a licence, is irrelevant, however anyone who say has convictions that would include them on the Sex Offenders Register".Even given the Rehabilitat...
