Now that the Government is at last listening to our concerns and the concerns of the industry about the deal, will the First Minister give a commitment that his Government will argue for the Scottish fishing fleet to be given more days at sea to fish, and for Scottish boats to be free to fish in traditional Scottish fishing waters?
