To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has on the extent to which the decrease in fishing capacity adopted by countries fishing each North Sea fisheries zone correlates with the level of cod caught by each member state in each zone in order to identify the extent to which each national white fish fleet has contributed to the protection of cod stocks.
