Lifeboats from Peterhead and Fraserburgh and a supply vessel, the Normand Aurora, were also involved, as were many other vessels including oil support boats and fishing boats that were in the area. I will talk about the emergency services in a few seconds, but we should also recognise the efforts of those—for example, in the fishing industry—who are not part of the emergency services but who respond as seafarers when an emergency is under way.
