Admittedly, I have seen Frank Roach from HITRANS in Oban far more often than I have ever seen anyone from SPT. We are a very minor fish in SPT’s pool, so HITRANS is of more relevance to us.

We cannot have a fishery accorded the highest standard of sustainable fishing by the Marine Stewardship Council and then say that fishing must be halted there.
