I feel that we need to look at our infrastructure because, when we do not and when our infrastructure fails—as we hear about on the television when there are landslips or ferries do not come, and supermarkets are empty or fresh fish and lobsters do not make it to their market—we as a community become more vulnerable even than we are at present.
