Taste of Grampian and other events, such as Seafest Lossiemouth, Arbroath sea fest and Scotland’s salmon festival, are being supported through the fund, providing a number of opportunities for people to buy and eat Scottish fish. I highlight to the member that, as part of the year of food and drink, the month of October has the theme of sustainable shores, with the focus very much on promoting our fishing, seafood and salmon, with sustainability at the core.
