We have, and we have always had, a range of local producers, distributors and businesses that have not necessarily sourced everything from East Ayrshire. We previously had fish contracts and, clearly, the fish did not come from East Ayrshire—we do not have a port.

I definitely agree with what you said about the deluge of fast food, but the solution to that and takeaways on the high street is not in educating people that takeaways are not healthy. People know that going to get fish and chips is not healthy for them.
