"Accommodation and food service" has the lowest pay of industries in Scotland, with median pay below the real living wage rate at the time of the survey. "Agriculture, forestry and fishing" saw the largest real terms increase between 2019 and 2021 at 11.2% in real terms while the "Real estate" saw the largest decrease at 7.2%.
