Fisheries Management and Support Common Framework - House of Lords Scrutiny
The scheme allows Scottish ministers to provide financial assistance through grants or loans for the following purposes:
the conservation, enhancement or restoration of the marine and aquatic environment;
the promotion or development of commercial fish or aquaculture activities;
