Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill: Stage 3 Proceedings - Eligibility
In order to be eligible for assistance under the Bill now, the terminally ill adult must also 'reasonably be expected to die within 6 months'.

Definitions of terminal illness in assisted dying legislation - Assisted Dying Bill 2023, Dr Allinson MHK
