The First Minister and the Executive remain committed to pursuing environmental justice, but in meeting Helen Eadie's constituents I would want to examine not only issues of location—which were presumably considered from the reporter's perspective on the appropriateness of land use—but also issues of licensing and how the site is to be managed. It is just as important that we examine the impact that the national waste strategy will have on reducing the amount of arisings that will have to be taken to that site.
