Delegated powers in the Criminal Justice Modernisation and Abusive Domestic Behaviour Reviews (Scotland) Bill at Stage 1

The Scottish Government has prepared a Delegated Powers Memorandum (“DPM”) which sets out the reasons for taking the delegated powers in the Bill and the procedure chosen. At its meeting on Tuesday, 26 November, the Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government to query the choice of procedure applicable to two of the powers in the Bill.
