Gross Domestic Product Headline forecast error 2.4 In December 2021, we forecast GDP growth in Scotland of 2.2 per cent for 2022-23. The latest GDP outturn estimates published on 26 July 2023 show growth of 2.0 per cent for 2022-23, a forecast error of -0.2 percentage points.
We published our new draft Biodiversity Strategy on 13 December 2022, which sets out 26 Priority Actions to put us on the path to a nature positive future, and halt biodiversity loss by 2030.
As part of this consultation we plan to seek views on the introduction of building standards in 2025-26 to underpin a new Scottish Accessible Homes Standard, which all new homes will need to achieve, regardless of tenure.

I think that that was an indication that, if the deal does not get to where it needs to get to, it is possible that the conference might have to be extended, precisely for the reasons that the member has set out.
