We have committed to investing £97.5m over a five year period from 2021-22 to 2025-26 to support The Scottish Ambulance Services fleet replacement programme, which includes dedicated funding to support the introduction of over 250 electric vehicles.

Section 24C(2) modifies section 25(1)(b) (which provides for decrofting of the site of the dwelling-house on or pertaining to the croft) so that it applies only where an owner-occupier crofter is applying to decroft the site of a dwelling-house on the croft and has not already obtained a decrofting direction in relation to another such site on the owner-occupied croft.
