If we are to take a balanced view, we could do with having an energy authority to make some of the arguments.The Government has made an excellent start on energy efficiency and the SNP is very supportive of it. Today, I lodged a motion on an excellent discussion at a conference in Caithness last week on the use of timber in buildings.
