In my experience of dealing with constituents who have been through the system, it is clear that they believe that there is nothing in place to ensure that officials are trained to deal with a difficult period for victims.
I will find out whether it would be possible for us to do some of that later today without having official reporters present because it will be a private discussion about a draft report.
