Annex D Domestic Abuse and Stalking Charges in Scotland 202021

Not all stalking charges relate to domestic abuse but those that do have been separately identified in the figures provided in Table 7. 26. After 1 April 2019, if stalking is part of a course of conduct of domestic abuse, where appropriate it will be included within the libel of a charge reported under section 1 of the Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018.
