The Executive has also undertaken a range of measures to improve the position of disabled people and all ministers have considered that issue seriously.Last month, the Minister for Enterprise, Transport and Lifelong Learning announced additional funding of £26 million to increase the access of disabled people to higher and further education.
I have recently received the final recommendations from my officials about how the review should be taken forward and soon I intend to set out my vision and intentions for taking work forward in this area.
