A quarterly update will be made available on the SCRA's website. Monthly management reports, with even more current data, will be circulated in the system to allow managers and senior professionals to identify and address trends and issues as they emerge—it will be done almost in real time.
There is some confusion on the Scottish Executive website about whether that responsibility rests with Mr McCabe or with Patricia Ferguson as the Minister for Tourism, Culture and Sport.
The forum, which can be accessed through the Parliament's website—www.scottish.parliament.uk—will be open for several months and I hope that many others will make their views known.
That central authority will be able to give out information, and information might also be available through the EU's civil judicial network, which has a publicly accessible website and is a useful mechanism for finding out about EU law and law in other member states.

I draw the minister's attention to a couple of documents on the protection of rare breeds and hefted sheep in England and Wales on the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food's website. Is the minister saying that a similar policy will not apply in Scotland?
Again, with rough scoping, we expect that some money could be saved from the current organisations through having a consistent website, consistent communications material and better integration of products.
