Visitor Levy (Scotland) Bill - How local authorities should treat Visitor Levy income
The Bill requires local authorities to keep a separate account for any visitor levy scheme, "crediting it with the amount of money received under the local authority's scheme, and debiting from the account the expenses of operating the scheme"1Scottish Government. (2023).
