The Executive has issued a guide, which is also on the Know the Score website at: www.knowthescore.info, setting out the legal position in Scotland, the effects of cannabis and the health risks associated with its use.
It will be a key condition of the new company's business plan that all tourism businesses have equal access to the website. The criteria for advertising on the site will also be covered by the business plan.
