Planning (Scotland) Bill: as amended at Stage 2 - Section 3: delegated powers with redundant and/or empty cross- references in respect of which the Government has committed to lodging amendments at stage 3

In addition to the blank reference, section 26 of the Bill was removed by amendment at Stage 2 and so the application of the affirmative procedure to regulations made by section 251B(3)(a) of the 1997 Act is therefore now redundant.
