MinisterCYPKP_Whole Family Wellbeing Funding 5 February 2025

To support this, we have agreed with COSLA that the funding for Children's Services Planning Partnerships, who are driving the transformational change at a local level, will increase from £32 million to £38.1 million in 2025-26 and 2026/27. This is of course subject to Parliamentary approval of the Scottish Budget.

REGULATIONS 2024 – “DEFRA NID/021” The Scottish Parliament agreed on 26 June 2024 that it was content for Scottish Ministers to give their consent to the Windsor Framework (Retail Movement Scheme: Plant and Animal Health) Regulations 2024 (“DEFRA NID/021”) including Scottish devolved matters, as set out in the notification to the Parliament.
