*S6M-15706 Gillian Mackay: Motherwell FC and The Well Society Celebrate International Day of Persons with Disabilities —That the Parliament congratulates Motherwell FC and The Well Society for marking the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD); understands that the football club, alongside its charity Motherwell FC Community Trust and the Motherwell Disabled Supporters Association, used the match against Hibernian on 30 November 2024 to shine a light on some of the projects that they have undertaken over the last year to improve accessibility and inclusivity, and to highlight the achievements and aspirations of their supporters and participants with disabilities; believes that the Disabled Supporters Association does incredible work, week in and week out, to ensure that everyone can follow the team up and down the country, and thanks it for its continuous ongoing support.
