That is far more relevant to community arts, so I would prefer us to look in that direction.We do not in the report examine the fact that HIE has cultural responsibilities within its remit although Scottish Enterprise does not, and has not since the reform of what was formerly Lothian and Edinburgh Enterprise Ltd and the other development agencies. I would like to be able to express an opinion on that. I do not know whether the committee would like to do so.
