Allocations and expenditure for 1999-2000, 2000-01, 2001-02 and 2002-03 (allocations only), for the 48 Social Inclusion Partnerships (SIP), are shown in the tables, all expressed in 2000-01 real terms. From 2001-02 there is no capital/revenue split.
We wish these tenants also to benefit from the new single social tenancy and, over time, from the modernised right to buy. Concerns have been expressed that the introduction of the new modernised right to buy could threaten the financial viability of some landlords.
The CRE is still waiting to hear her views and, if she is serious about the concerns expressed here, no doubt she will want to do the CRE that courtesy.
Therefore, the planning fee comes to the consolidated fund. Councils have a point when they express concern about the costs that they incur because they are statutory consultees.
The drug action teams are, to an extent, self-appointed, but we make it clear in the templates and during liaison with drug action teams that we expect proper community representation on the teams, either directly on the board or through liaison with appropriate community groups.
