Consideration by the Economy and Fair Work Committee
At its meeting on 26 June 2024, the Economy and Fair Work Committee took evidence on the instrument from the Minister for Employment and Investment and officials.
The Committee took evidence from the Auditor General on 26 October 2023, followed by a roundtable evidence session on 30 November 2023 with a range of college, student and trade union representatives.
Following a four-month inquiry, the Committee's report was published on 26 April 2023. The Scottish Government responded to the report on 16 June 2023.
