The remit and membership of the Clinical Standards Board for Scotland can be found on the board's website www.clinicalstandards.org.uk. In 2001-02 the board has a budget of £3 million.
Section 52(4) makes it clear that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981 will apply to any district court staff who transfer to the Scottish Administration under a transfer scheme.
